Our streamlined checkout process allows for easy customization for your graduation stole. Just upload your desired image or text, and specify your preferred thread color. If no color is specified, we will use a gold toned thread. Leave the details to us and enjoy celebrating your graduates' achievements.
IMAGE/TEXT PLACEMENT
The placement of both the image and text is standard. However, if you prefer a different layout, please contact us for additional instructions on your placement preferences.
THREAD COLOR
There are six color thread choices available for selection. If the desired thread color is not included in the options, kindly contact us so we can check our thread inventory for availability.

SHIPPING
Ensuring timely shipment is our top priority for both pre-made and blank items. Please allocate extra processing time for custom embroidery and engraving. We aim to keep you updated throughout the process on custom orders. Reach out via chat or email if you require your order to be shipped in a certain timeframe.

RETURNS
Returns are not accepted on custom embroidered or engraved products unless there was a production mistake. Reach out to us immediately for assistance with either correcting your order or receiving a refund. For blank items purchased we will accept your refund request within 15 days from when your order was received. Please contact us with your order number and item being returned for prompt processing (All returns must be in original packaging with tags, and if returning apparel it must be unworn)
