  • RETURNS

    Returns are not accepted on custom embroidered or engraved products unless there was a production mistake. Reach out to us immediately for assistance with either correcting your order or receiving a refund. For blank items purchased we will accept your refund request within 15 days from when your order was received. Please contact us with your order number and item being returned for prompt processing (All returns must be in original packaging with tags, and if returning apparel it must be unworn)
